Centering on the timely institutional theme, “NCF Class of 2026: Anchored in Values, Empowered by Technology, Committed to Lifelong Learning,” the solemn and triumphant rites celebrated the formal conferment of academic degrees upon over a thousand of graduates from Graduate Studies and the Colleges of Arts and Sciences (CAS), Business and Management (CBM), Computer Studies (CCS), Health Sciences (CHS), and Teacher Education (CTED)—signaling their readiness to conquer the global workforce as champions.

The august assembly was graced by an illustrious figure in corporate leadership and human resource development, Mr. Ernie O. Cecilia, the Chairman of the Human Capital Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce of the Philippines, Inc., who served as the Commencement Speaker.

In his powerful address to the graduating class, Mr. Cecilia challenged the graduates to “learn, transform, and serve” and “aspire not only for success but for significance.”

Mr. Cecilia also emphasized the crucial intersection of indispensable human competencies and modern innovation, empowering the graduates to leverage technology without losing their moral compass.

Representing the collective triumph, brilliance, and shared sacrifices of the graduating class, Ms. Lovely B. De Jesus, Magna Cum Laude, delivered a moving valedictory address, challenging fellow graduates to transform their academic success into meaningful community impact.

“As we leave NCF… let us use our knowledge not only to achieve our dreams but to inspire others and uplift our communities,” Ms. De Jesus stated.

Sharing a message of institutional pride and transformative vision, Mr. Mario C. Villanueva, NCF President, lauded the graduates’ resilience and adaptability, reiterating the foundation’s commitment to producing tech-empowered yet value-driven leaders.

“[K]now that you do not leave empty-handed. You carry with you the rich legacy, the fighting spirit, and the enduring hope of the Naga College Foundation [Inc.]… You are certified game-changers… Lead from where you stand, lead with courage that inspires others, and lead with the depth of care that heals others.” President Villanueva shared.

With the formal turning of tassels and the distribution of diplomas, the first cluster of the NCF Class of 2026 officially transitioned from candidates to full-fledged graduates.
