Maintaining the momentum of an extraordinary graduation season, Naga College Foundation, Inc. (NCF) sustained its celebration of academic excellence with the Baccalaureate Mass, Investiture Ceremony, and Recognition Rites for nearly 1,100 candidates for graduation from three academic departments on the afternoon of June 25, 2026, at the NCF Grounds, NCF Main Campus.

Following the historic morning assembly, the afternoon rites gathered these hopeful candidates from the Colleges of Accountancy and Finance (CAF), Criminal Justice Education (CCJE), and Engineering (COE) alongside their proud families and institutional mentors, marking another massive milestone in the institution’s endeavors toward universityhood.

The solemn Eucharistic celebration was led by Rev. Fr. Benedick John SJ. Eguia, Parish Priest of the St. Teresa of Avila Parish and Archdiocesan Shrine in San Vicente, Baao, Camarines Sur, who served as the main presider and homilist, with School Chaplain Rev. Fr. Ryan O. Fenis joining as concelebrant.

Reflecting upon the institution’s motto, ‘Katotohanan at Karunungan,’ Rev. Fr. Eguia told the candidates: “Do not compromise your moral foundation for short-lived security.”

“Be technical experts with vibrant conscience, be innovators who love justice, be lifelong learners who sit regularly at the feet of the Lord,” Rev. Fr. Eguia added.

The holy sacrifice of the Mass offered a profound space for prayer and meditation, guiding the second cluster of candidates as they prepare to transition from academic life into their respective global and local professional landscapes.

Following the spiritual send-off, the academic council led the formal investiture ceremony and recognition rites, where thousands of spectators cheered as the excellence, character, and years of hard work of the graduating class were officially recognized through the donning of academic hoods and caps alongside the presentation of prestigious institutional honors, such as the Excellence in Practicum and Loyalty Award.

Celebrating the collective triumph of the #NCFClassof2026, the solemn dual-ceremony reaffirms the institution’s legacy as the Home of the Champions, empowering tomorrow’s game-changers with the competence and values necessary to shape a fast-changing landscape of industries.
