(PACTT) announced on Saturday, July 18, 2026, via an official Facebook post.

NCF alumna Jedidiah Mae L. Casinao landed at Top 3 nationwide with an exceptional 96% rating, while third-year accountancy student Dondie R. Remoquillo logged an outstanding 92% rating to secure Top 7 in the national rankings—making NCF the only Bicol-based higher education institution to produce topnotchers in the meticulous rigor of taxation.

This landmark achievement formed part of NCF’s historic 73.68% overall passing rate, producing a total of 14 new CTTs, with three examinees qualifying for the Diploma in Taxation (DIT).

According to PACTT, a total of 1,085 examinees across the country passed the competitive CTT assessment, while 414 qualified for the DIT.

PACTT administers the CTT and DIT examinations for business education students and professionals seeking merit-based certifications and specialized qualifications on the latest developments in Philippine taxation.
