Dr. Villanueva acknowledged the rigors of graduate education and emphasized that while the path is challenging, students “will not be walking unseen, unsupported, or unwelcome.”

Forging collective commitment and drive for transformative education as NCF advances toward universityhood, Dr. Villanueva underscored that “we are not simply producing graduates with credentials; we are forming leaders who carry faith, competence, ethics, and social responsibility into every room they enter.”

As a premier center of professional enrichment and lifelong learning inthe Bicol region, NCF welcomes the forward-thinking professionals and academic leaders enrolled this term and wishes them success as they maximize their time, sharpen their expertise, and ascend to leadership roles with the ‘Tiger’ edge.
