The NCF Reserve Officer’s Training Corps (ROTC) had a presentation of Sponsors last October 09, 2009. Distinguished personalities during the event included Lt. Col. Julius M. Papellero (ROTC Command), Nelbert P. Mission (Asst. CDC Commander), Dr. Carlo P. Villanueva Sr. (NCF President), and Ms. Marivic V. Balance (Director of the Center for Social Responsibility and National Service Training Program Coordinator). 

The Reserve Officer’s Training Corps is a training program that prepares college students for military leadership or become commissioned officers of the Nation’s Military Core. The ‘Presentation of ROTC Sponsors’ is a yearly event held to motivate young men and women in their ROTC / NSTP activities. 

Also in attendance were Ms. Judy Montas who served as Matron of Sponsors and Ms. Desiree Matriz as the Lady of Sponsors.
