SM City Naga was heaving with spectators last September 12, 2009 when the 2nd Emergency Preparedness Competition was held.  This whole day event was participated by Boy Scouts of different schools all over the city.  Naga College Foundation is very pleased to have the NCF Boy Scouts awarded as OVER-ALL CHAMPIONS in both categories – Elementary Level & Secondary Level.
